Please go to the website I mentioned to the first sad mommy (NANCM), where you will receive good advice and support I'm sure, although your situation is very different to the other woman's obviously, as she appears to have lost custody of one of her children.
I would just add that although I'm a campaigner for fathers/parental rights I do not support those parents who abuse the system or appear to expect the other parent or their child to put up with anything (abandonment, for no good reason, like a complete nervous breakdown, being a good example of the situation I would be very severe on if I ruled this world).
