Your very sweet thank you . I appreciate your time to comment . Yes i noticed my situation is quit different being i do have my child living with me . My concern of course is not only how easily our system can be abused and manipulated by dishonest people , But mainly for my daughters emotional , physical and mental well - being of course . Isnt that what our court system claims to have such great concern for ? I recently spoke to the District Attourney thinking to myself that perhaps its about money and paying child support and i was right . i was on welfare for few years and now am in a corprate world where only i had dreamed of ( headaches ) none the less he still owes them money ... so they said they wont terminate his rights based on money that is owed . My child has now become a pawn to their pockets .. interesting and disgusting as it sounds but very true ( food for thought ) .. Just wanna get out of Calif. the economy is really bad now and is obviously in best interest to my daughter and i .. Course maybe the economy will put him in his place as well ..
