mom moved our 4 yr old from california to missouri. i dont know where & have no contact since she moved to be with a man she met on the internet. we were never married. our cs orders, custody hearings, etc. are based in los angeles county, ca. ive paid cs thru garnishment (easier that way) the entire span of the order. anyway, question is: neither myself nor our child live in ca. any longer (i have relocated to tn. AFTER the mom moved), but mom is still collecting cs order based in ca. & not missouri. how do i change case to missouri where child resides? i have called ca. cps & they are ZERO help, not really being interested at all while still collecting my money every month. we had 70-30 custody in ca. & i havent seen or heard from my daughter in 7 months! i want my daughter to get the cs & not the state & i want my visitation/contact with my daughter.
