I need help ASAP. My Husband has children of a previous marriage and I also have children of a previous marriage. My divorce decree states times for the holidays but my husbands does not state times. It just states that the 2 parents will alternate holidays. Can anyone explain the holiday time definition?? Is it from 6 am Thanksgiving morning until 6am the next morning or is it in 12-16 hour times??? My husband is to have all 5 kids this Thanksgiving and we have made plans for both his side of the family and my side of the family which will include all day and all evening on Thanksgiving BUT the kids Mom wants them back at 6pm on Thanksgiving night. Does she have a right to this if there is no time on the decree or do we get the keep them for our Holiday all day?? PLEASE HELP!!!
