Mark , i do believe in order to switch over to another state regarding the visits the mother is the one that has to file in Cali. by putting in a change of venue getting permission from the judge where you both were seen in court , as far as the child support goes , The District Attourney handles that seperately and you are solely responsible to report any and all changes made as far as your add. and place of employment .
