1) You need a good attorney
2) you need to file for an Ex Parte order with the court. You need to provide ALL addresses to serve her with. If she is in Missouri then hire a PI or some other service. The cs unit in Ca should surely have this information.
3)Yo need to request a full revearal of custody, that she be supervised, and even pursue parental kidknapping charges against her.
You are being denied your right as a parent. She has stolen the child. The law tends to favor you but you must strike now...otherwise the window will steadily close
