Can anyone offer some advice? My fiance is having problems with his X keeping his son from him. A school counselor supposedly told her that visitation with him could be harmful because he is afraid of his father and has had thoughts of harming himself, so the counselor told the X to not allow the visitation. My fiance has never been contacted by the school or school counselor, went to parent/teacher conferences and the subject has never come up. His X continually threatens to atler his visitation or stops them altogether. He has no criminal record, no domestic violence charges, and has never harmed his son in any way. What can he do about this?
