My step son (almost 11yrs old)and his twin sister- are to go to their moms this weekend. my husband has custody. the boy is scared to go to his moms house. so we told her he wasnt coming- just the girl is. at first she was ok with it. but has problems with me... so she is saying that she will be having them both or my husband will go to jail cuz she is allowed to have them both... what should we do? i dont want to send him there being scared, but i dont want my hubby to get into trouble. what can we do to prevent that?
