Me and my girlfriend had a child in2004..i've fought for(now 3 1/2 years) my son because of her drug abuse. She left to go to her parent house and her mother OD in may..by then she was in jail for a drug charge..got out for her mothers funeral and she OD that weekend!!! Crooked judges in this county gave my son to her father (he has a a crimnal record 15 pages and has drug charges and caught for trafficking)..my son was in the house when his grandmother and mother OD'ed. Why would a judge and s.service think he is a better guardian. I own my home no criminal rec. work everyday.WHY DONT FATHERS HAVE RIGHTS..I'm so tired of judges telling me I'm just a donor!!! Could anyone help advise? aj
