My husband gained custody of his 2 kids. their mom wasnt able to care for them- and he went to court and told them this...6 months later- she still wasnt able to, and he granted my hubby custody. i dont understand why they would give custody to the grandfather- there has to be something he said or did to make a judge rule in his favor...i always thought biological parents had first "dibs" on the child....?
