Well, you and your attorney would have to file a motion to change the venue...request the judge recuse him/herself due to bias. I am not 100% sure of the process but if you truely feel the judge is biased and not looking at the entire picture then you minimally need to appeal, file a motion for a new hearing, then perhaps ask for a change.

Your attorney would have to do this and put together a convincing argument. It is not going to happen overnight. It will be seveal hearing and maybe months for this to happen.

Meantime, I would start small. First, get the visitation enforced. Document. Correspond by e-mail only if you are not going to record conversations. try to get more visitation while you are preparing your case for the final custody hearing. You just can't file, walk in and say I want my kids (sadly). You will have to go for small victories.
