Alright to answer your questions...I left him because he stopped talking to me..he started to ignore me and wanted nothing to do with me..I got tierd of it and left(I waited it out for 8 months tried to work it out)...I dont have a license because of personal reasons...And I havent gotten a job because I have noone to watch my son for me..because I can not afford daycare on my own and as I told u he will not help me with daycare unless we go to court..and the reduced rate daycare centers u are talking about..that would be a great idea except u have to give them the mother and the fathers pay stubs and he makes to much for us to be able to get a reduced rate.....I also have applied at every place in town for the few hours I can get someone to watch him...but those are not the hours they want....
Now child support is because he has him for a total of 24 hours on my weekend weeks and a total of 48 hours on his weekend weeks..I have him for the rest of the time...and yes he has a job...a full time job plus he works a second job(not because he has to but because he wants to)..he takes the weekend off he doesnt have our son and goes to boston then on the weekends he does have our son he works..so he is not spending any time with our son anyways...his full time job takes care of all his bills then some because he lives with his mom and dad..and only pays his car and car insurance and child support..and he went to school he has a ba. degree

My future....I am currently in an online college for secondary education...I started doing school when I was with him he told me it would be better for me to do school online because he wanted me to stay home with our son(due to some babysitters we had that caused problems with our son)..so that is what I did..and yes I do have family near by..I actually live with my mother

My question is why should my son have to be tossed back and forth week by week...because he wants to move to Mass. with his gf?

How am I supposted to put my son in a pre-school program which is 3 days a week for 3 hours if he is going back and forth week by week(it is for kids 3 and over he would start the begining of 08)? My son is a very intelligent child and should be able to begin his education at an early age since he can.

Is my sons education supposted to suffer because he choices to move and things are supposted to be 50-50...????

I also have documented every time he has not showed up since I have left...ex: out of 15 days in the month he could have seen him he only took him 9(he wanted to go on vaction with his gf)....out of 16 days he took him 10 days(so once again he could go away with his gf.) At no point do I deny him the right to see his son if he is in town he can stop in(he has done it once for about 5 mins) or if I go shopping I will stop in at his work so he can see him (happened 3 times)...

But if its supposted to be 50-50 then I want him to start putting forth an effort....and maybe have his gf come here for a weekend instead of going there so he can take his son....and actually do something with him for once.

My feeling on the whole thing that he on more then one occation...he has choose his gf over his son
