First, you left him. That is called abondonment no matter how you cut it. Second, the child is not your child. the child is of both of you and for both the raise emotionally, psychologically, physically, monetarily, etc.

As far as not working b/c day care is too much? Does he not pay you something now? Is he respopnisble for all costs why you sit home and watch Oprah? And you are living with mommy? Probably no bills?

He works full time plus part time. So a guy busts his ass to provide while you get the priviledge of staying home with your child? So, he is working extra to earn a living and you are making an excuse why you cannot work...oh yea, day care is too much. On one hand you say no one to watch the kid but then you live with your mom. So in effect, if you got a job your "rent: would be the day care you would pay. And, dad is paying you some child support so you would not even have to pay the full amount.

You are taking online classes and good for you. However, I wonder when you will make and excuse to quit that though.

Dad is picking a g/f over the kiddo. I would say he is an jerk for that. I would also say that relationship probably will not last. As I said though, his g/f should come there as well.

Bottom line, you need to grow up fast and get a job and start realizing what it will be like. You left him. You refuse to work. You want more money. You want him to contribute more, but how you ant him to.

My only dagger at dad is he is a jerk for moving to Mass. He is working 2 jobs? Paying child support when thee is o court order? You have no job, no license and probably no money to fight his. You should really think it through before you threaten court...it may not come out how you want.
