If I were you...I would take his butt to court. There is NO reason he shoul dbe moving to another state to be with another girl..regaurdless if it's a girlfriend or new wife. If it was for a job or something like that- that MIGHT be different. I would LET him have everyother weekend and then possibly more for holidays and even school breaks ( when your son is in school). As far as a job- I know this would suck- but while you are in online schooling- just for now go work at a fast food place- I think they hire pretty much anyone. When you go to court- you can ask for him to pay half of the daycare expenses. And half of insurance- if you have it- or all if he has it. Have him pay for any uninsured bills for your son too. The county you live in probably has some sort of child care programs for people who are lisenced and they can give you a cheap rate- cuz the county pays the difference...get it? I wouldn't give into his crap. But that's just me. IF he truely wants to have this time with his son- he would keep the times he has been able to have in the past. I'd keep track of any and all times he calls or visits his son tho. Definately get job- at least part time- to show that you can care for your son. you DO NOT ahve to have a lisence- does your city have buses?
