Have a question. My ex wanted to move down from Delaware to Florida were I stay so our kids could be close to there Dad. We have been divorced for 2 1/2 years and I found her a job and moved her and the kids into my condo. She took off for training in another state for 8 weeks and I took care of our Boys by myself. When she came back she was upset that me and our kids did things with my girlfriend, now she won't let me take the kids anywhere or have them every other weekend when she moves to her new house. She said she will strictly follow the Delaware divorce decree and that means even though I will be 20 min away I will get them every summer and spring and every other Christmas. Is there a way I can change visitation and do share custody since we both live in Florida and the divorce decree is from Delaware or is there a time limit that she has to live in Florida before I can submit a motion? Please advise.
