Me and the father of my three year old daughter never had any kind of agreement for our chils nor have we ever been married. He did sign the birth certificate though. 2 weeks b4 holloween of this yr 2007 he came to get her for his weekend visit. he never brought her back. its been almost 3 months now and i havent talked to her cause him and his girlfriend wont answer the phone and if they do they say stop calling and they hang up. the law says theres nothing they can do i have to go through the courts. well ive been doing that since 1 week after he took her when i realized ok hes not bringing her back. is this true? theres nothing i can do as her mother who has had her her whole life? he can just do this and i have to wait it out this long? how can he do this?
