We scanned pictures of my husband with his daughter, happy playing, at various ages to dispell what the mom said about he was never around and had abandoned her and filed them with the court motion. It was very powerful and worked.
About the clothes thing. There is nothing that says she has to provide clothes. We always kept clothes at our house for my SD. I expected the same of my kids father. It was just easier that way.
My ex would ruin every bit of clothes I sent, so I stopped sending them. When the kids got old enough to be responsible for their own clothes, then I let them take them.
