That happened to me when i was a child. i'm almost 30 now. my mom and bio dad were married breifly- then divorced by the time i was 1. my mom met her current husband they married and when i was about 7 or 8...he adopted me. my bio dad was in jail for drugs and whatever else no one told me about... he had to sign over his rights. do u think your son's dad will do that? explain to him why (try to in a nice way) it would benefit your guys' son. give it a try that way- if he doesnt sign them- go to a judge?
