I don't. If I never paid a dime then I would owe that much. On the credit report it says I am supposed to pay $800 per month. This would be 4 1/2 years back support. Well, my son is 6 1/2.

Also, how can it be a felony if it is a civil debt...I thought our constitution protected us from imprisonment for civel indebtedness.
