Fox NEws had a stat that 15% of fathers were Cp and that 5% of cases was decided by a judge. I think what is missing is the definition of custody. Britney Spears still Had "custody" until her last stunt...is that the determination?
Also, I do not think the judge figure accounts for follow up court cases, cs issues, etc. Let me know if you find that article.
