she can't make reasonable descisions for herself let alone the 2 small children. She traumatizes the kids when she is around them with her mental breakdowns. nothing in here totally removed parental rights. (although had this been an averyday single mom with CPS, she very well might have)
visitation is not denied just suspended. Probably until she does something. ie undergoes a pysch eval or rehab or inpatientant stay. not sure what exactly is wrong with her, just that she clearly is in need of professional help.
