HRUs, that is a good point, although, as Gecko implies, there isn't much that can be done about it. I read a quote from a judge the other day where he said that if a mother refuses to follow the court order for visitation, he will not sanction her in any way. He said he felt that the complete loss of the father for the children is less important than an inconvenience for a mother.

If a judge was on record as saying that he believed all blacks were criminals or that no women are competent to hold authority on a job, that judge would (or should) be bounced to the curb ASAP. Why is the same not done to those who blatantly and with impunity admit that they will favor one gender over another in custody court?
