I can understand your confusion, our case is beyond complex. Let me try to fill you in: 1) Re the lock on my storage- it was kept on there for more than a couple of days, the the police would not intervene, saying it was a civil matter. 2) I have always had primary custody, until this last court proceeding. If I remain in Oregon (where I explained I cannot find work, and the unemployed and homeless is #1 or #2 highest in the nation)then our custody stays the same (I have 60%, he has 40%-I gave him too much custody from the beginning-big mistake)If I return to live in Calif. where we have already had residency for some 5-6 years, then custody switches to summers and various holidays with me. 3) I did not have a drug problem. I left my child's father because he refused to quit drugs and I did not want it, or the people he chose to associate with, around my child.4) As far as the minor's counsel, I have no idea why she is so vindictive towards me. I would imagine it is because I have not paid her. But that should not stand in the way of my child's best interests, and when I try to talk to her about my ex directing our child to tell her something "they" want, she turns it on me and said I was the one who was prompting our child. It is absolutely insane. I have the manes of witnesses who have seen this woman scream at me just for walking up to her, I didn't even get to speak.
And, lastly, 5) No, there are no extended family in Oregon. The only reason they moved up there is because the step-mom has an oldest daughter from a prior marriage there, about 100-150 miles from where they currently live. So, no there are no extended family on either my or my exes side in oregon.
I hope that helps. Please write back with any more questions. Thank you very much.
