Truly you hit the nail on the head when you said "that someone has...been pushed into." I have been yielding and non-confrontational with my ex and the step-mom because I was sick of all the vicious attacks in front of my child. And now that they are trying to take my child from me, nobody in the courts wants to consider my primary parent role, or how I've remained amicable for our child, or that I've upheld the law even when I did not feel it fair or behooving to my child.
I will not be one of these people who write once and continue elsewhere. I believe I can find some good solid legal advice here, and so I will keep returning with that hope of finding it.
