You will find pretty good advice (not sure whether it could be strictly defined as "legal advice") on the other website I gave you too, so would urge you again to try them as well.
Sometimes I think it is more than legal advice we need anyway.
For example on old and very wise boss of mine used to try to tell me that when you were being attacked verbally one response you may use is to not react:- "Stop knocking the ball back Graham" he said, using a tennis analogy, "and the people trying to fight with you will be beaten or give up eventually" (I can't remember whether it was a work situation or my ex-wife he was referring to, but I did try to take his advice with my ex. and I think it had an effect).
