sounds silly but after a 2 year court battle.... the dad got the very short end of the stick. A lot of foul play went on and dad was pretty much black mailed into agreeing to a very unfair custody arragement giving the mom permission to leave the state with kids.Dad had the 2 boys 4 days every week and now will only see them 2 days. A Dr.(physcologist) paid for by us was overheard (by me current wife) and other lawyer "making a deal". After they saw me...they ran into the court and locked me out and would not allow my husband to leave the courtroom for 2 hours unless he agreed to this move and their demands. The judge told him that if he pushed this to go to trial.(she took everything off the record)....that he would be forced to pay all her att. fees as well as close to double the child support already being paid and all travel....and that her mind was made up. She wouldn't listen to witnesses that verified lies from the other side. Now....her lawyer's fees were stated to be doubel what our fees our. WE are already paid 15 thousand plus the 6 thousand to the doc...and our lawyer wants another 10. He claims that he will not follow through on the order from the court date in Dec until payment is made...Can he do this?,,,HOw do I go about trying to get some of the injustice corredted. ANy advice would be great....thanks
