Frank, Thank you for responding back. To note: I did return to California before 6 months had passed. I tried to do things legally by returning to court to file. Apparently our Judge was seen as misfit and was made to retire--after our case. I was not allowed to submit any of my exhibits/ evidence and basically got creamed because i could not afford an attorney. I did not move back to California without having being FORCED to. Father arranged to intoxicate my sister who picked a fight with me when I was playing a game with the kids. Before I knew it, she attacked me, and as I was calming the kids down (and myself, because I was shocked)she took my ex's advice, called the police and had me arrested. I've NEVER been arrested before, ever!I'm a law abiding citizen and relatively quiet and nonconfrontational. All charges against me were eventually dismissed, but at that time I was issued a no contact order--which meant I could not return to the house I shared with my sister. As I had no friends or family in Oregon, I was forced to return to my boyfriend's house in California. My ex really planned that one out well, didn't he? I would NEVER intentioanlly leave my child--SHE IS MY WORLD!--but I was forced to or I would have to live on the streets. This has all been so deeply heartbreaking and my health is failing because of it. Yes, my ex and sm have been working on poisoning my child's mind against me from the very beginning. It's tearing me apart. I'm sorry, but I have to go now Frank, I can't see through my tears to write anymore. Thank yoiu and bless you for your help.
