Thank you so much for your input! I will definitely pass this along to him. I hear what you are saying about the software - I was worried about it too. After she left this last time he removed the program from his computer. He spoke with the local police about it and they said since it was his computer and all she was using it for was her email that he had every legal right to monitor her emails - whether she was aware or not. I hope they knew waht they were talking about!
I am cautiously hopeful that he will get his daughter back. Do you think they would allow him to move with her - even if the custody order is temporary? He has no issue with returning to CA with the baby whenever there are court dates. He also would never keep the baby away from her Mother. Knowing how that feels he is not like that - he would never wish that for her.
