2cent, Thankyou for your response. I hear more about Fathers losing custidy of their children. If your a Mother and lose custidy people assume your unfit or a mental case. I hope I did not offend anyone. I do have male friends who don't get the time they want with their children, although they do have more time than I do with mine. I have not had a Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, or a birthday with my children in three years. I never get to pick them up from school or events, I may go and watch but that is all. The new papers state I get my children 1rst,3rd, and 5th weekends on Saturday 9:ooA.M. till 5:00 P.M. we meet at a police station halfway then I drive 30 minutes home I leave at 4:30 to get them back because if I am 3 minutes late they know the police and send them after me but if they don't show I can not get them to do anything. My X's wife is a court reporter who subs in all courthouses. She knows everyone in the cort it seems, the DA by first name. She also works at home transcribing cases. Oh and by the way she is in a wheelchair. NOT to be disrespectfull to others in wheelchairs, but to assume she can take better care of -my- kids than I can leaves me a little bitter. The courts have their way of SCREWING people over to please other people. C.P.S.has investigated me on several occassions, cases were unable to determine or dismissed on lack of evidence. A C.P.S worker was called by my X to testify he spoke on My behalf witch totally should have messed up what my X,s was trying to do. The C.P.S. worker said basically it was rubbish, to put it nice. He said ther was no reason to investigate us ther was no signs of abuse. Regardless the Juge took my children. My last hearing three years ago the judge signed off on the mediation agreement, my X's has ignored what he promised ever since. My Lawyer quit. I could not afford what it would take to continue court appeals and so on. We live very modistly, I clean houses and my Husband is a auto tect. We dont eat out or go out, I don't shop. We do O.K. and provide for our two children here. I have looked for a lawyer to take my case probono or discounted,I can't afford much and I have borrowed and had given to me many wasted dollars by friends and family trying to help, their all out. This, what I am doing now, telling my story is my Hope. And always I pray even if I don't understand why this has happened to me.
