My husband and I live in Arizona. He was previously married and had a child, he now gets visitation rights. However, the mother is bi-polar and has numerous episodes and the arrangement that was set by court she cannot follow. My spouse has now decided that it may be best to fight to full custody. Any advice or shared experience on how hard this might be to accomplish?
