I've given my ex instructions to contact an atty in Florida to file the petition (and told her I'd pay her filing fees, court costs, atty fees, and give her money to take time off work).
It is a sad thing, I think, that this has to be so difficult. It seems the family court system really hates to let go of their patsies--and their lunch tickets.
I will write and tell you when I hear from ex what atty says in Fl;-)
